This is a well-preserved copy of Locke & Key / Sandman Universe: Hell & Gone #1 (Cover B by JH Williams III). The book presents nicely with a clean front and back cover, but close inspection reveals minor spine stress ticks near both staple areas. Interior pages appear clean, white, and free of damage.
The minor spine ticks and stress lines could potentially be improved with professional pressing, possibly bringing the book up to a 9.4 or even 9.6 grade.
3 things I'd point out
- minor crease — left spine area, mid-cover: Small spine tick/stress line visible along the left edge near the staple area
- minor crease — spine, upper area: Light spine stress/tick visible near upper staple
- minor other — spine, full length: Minor spine stress with very slight waviness along the spine edge
Before listing this book I gave it a careful look and ran it through an AI condition check. It's an estimate — not a CGC or CBCS certified grade.
