Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe checkout. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make changes. After that, we may not be able to modify it before shipping.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes! We periodically run promotions and discount codes. Create an account and subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to hear about deals.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum order. You can purchase a single comic or multiple items. Orders over $150 automatically qualify for free shipping — applied at checkout.

Shipping

How are comics shipped?
Every comic is bagged, boarded, and placed in a rigid mailer or double-boxed for graded slabs. We take packaging seriously — your comics arrive in the same condition they left our shop.
What are the shipping options?
We offer standard and priority shipping options. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping, applied automatically.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, France, and Japan. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Contact us to initiate a return.
How do I request a return?
Go to Account → Orders, find the order, and click "Request Return." Fill in the reason, and we'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will appear on your original payment method.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs. We take packing seriously, but transit damage can occasionally happen.

Grading & Authentication

What does the grade mean?
Grades indicate a comic's condition on a 10-point scale (10.0 = Gem Mint, 0.5 = Poor). Our graded comics are professionally assessed and encapsulated by CGC or CBCS. Visit our Grading Guide for full details.
What's the difference between CGC and CBCS?
Both are reputable third-party grading services. CGC (Certified Guaranty Company) is the largest and most recognized. CBCS (Comic Book Certification Service) is a strong alternative. Both use the same 10-point scale.
Are raw (ungraded) comics guaranteed authentic?
Yes. Every comic we sell — graded or raw — is personally inspected and authenticated. We stand behind every listing with our buyer protection guarantee.
Can I get a comic graded after purchase?
Absolutely. You can submit any raw comic to CGC or CBCS for professional grading. We can help point you in the right direction if you're new to the process.

Account & Security

Do I need an account to purchase?
You can checkout as a guest, but creating a free account lets you track orders, save items to your watchlist, manage your collection, and leave reviews.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send a verification code to your email. Enter the code and your new password to reset it.
Do you support two-factor authentication?
Yes! You can enable TOTP (authenticator app) or SMS-based two-factor authentication from Account → Security → MFA Settings.
How is my data protected?
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS), secure authentication via AWS Cognito, and never store your payment details — those are handled entirely by Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Collection & Watchlist

What's the difference between the watchlist and collection?
Your Watchlist is for items you're interested in buying — you can get notified when they go on sale or come back in stock. Your Collection tracks items you already own, with estimated values.
Can I get notified about price drops?
Yes! Save an item to your watchlist and enable price drop alerts. You'll receive an email when the price changes.
Is my watchlist synced across devices?
Yes — when you're logged in, your watchlist is stored on our servers and syncs across all your devices. Guest watchlists are stored locally in your browser.
